Flowers are lovely; love is flower-like;

There are some things which cannot be learned quickly, and time, which is all we have, must be paid heavily for their acquiring. Who matters,
Who never did,
Who won't anymore,

Scarce spread a glory to the morning beams,
But the torn petals strew the garden plot;
And there's but common greenness after that.
